I like the bods. Verrrrrryy nice. And I'm a sucker for the low-rise jeans with an awesome torso look. The smiley face is a little surprising. I think it would look better if it looked more like a real tattoo, but I like the wink, and I think it tells the reader that these are hot, but also funny and cute. So, nice to look at and gets the job done.
Print version will be ...here... uh... soon. March. I'm just thrilled they picked up my series. THRILLED. And since I have three books written so far, it's a beeee u tiful thing.
And yes, those are acid washed jeans. It offsets his packed package there. Verra nice.
Your book in print already?? That's fabulous!! Wow. Love the hot guys on the covers. Yummy. I do think the smiley face would have been better as a real tattoo, but I still understand the concept. How closely are your story and Amber's releated to each other? Is it just a common theme or setting or what?
1. how exciting to have the book coming out in print already!
2. the smiley face reminds me of face paints: I could just imagine him walking up to some face paint artist and saying "I need a smily face... right here". ha!
Mary~I love your question. Here's the blurb from MLR Press:
Turner and Turner: One Good Turn
When his parents get a gander at the sex tape sent by a blackmailer, they offer Kendall Turner a few weeks of "rest" in a cushy clinic. No, he says, and hotfoots it across the lawns of the family estate. KT isn't his own worst enemy anymore; there's a new candidate for the title. Suddenly, Kendall's on the lam, trying to outrun a murder rap. Helping - by locking KT naked in their motel room - is his cousin Turn. KT has some issues: he manages to censor himself only when he lies, he's been in love with cousin Turn since forever, and he really would rather kill himself than get more rest at another clinic.
It's first person, contemporary, it's funny and fast paced, and KT is calamity joe...like Mark. They're very well suited in tone.
LOVE the bods! The tat actually reminds me of the airbrushed body art. Kind of distracts me from the fabulous abs. Nah! I can overlook Mr. Winky for that glorious man titty.

Very nice...very, very nice...
You've been very lucky with your covers so far LB. Great stuff!
I could live without the smiley face. Other than that...excellent.
Jenre~ Heh. It does the trick without too much, I think.
Rosie~But he's WINKING. ::wink wink::
I'm thinking this guy likes him so LOW rise jeans. Merow.
Although, as much as I adore G, if he had a pair of those I'd ...uh... heh.... hah... snicker... like them VERY much. ::snort::
Okay, so G drops his draws and there's a yellow smiley fact tatted right there. I couldn't keep a straight face (no pun intended).
drops his drawers not draws. Mercy! The things I type when I'm in a hurry.

The smiley face made me chuckle. Should we have some nice hard asses show instead of nice hard abs?
Niiiiice. *slurp*
Hey, are those acid washed jeans???
I agree-- the smiley face let's me know that these guys like to have fun. And those abs, the treasure trails, the sweet spots! nomnomnom
So, you gotz a link for the print version yet?

OK, how does he walk in those jeans? They are T-iiiii-ght.
But yummy! I likes!
The cover made me smile. Real tatt would've been hot, and cute, but the men make up for it!

Whateverfor~That's hilarious! Yes. It's face paint, and Mark plans to smear it all over Tony, I'm sure. (I'd smear it all over Tony, too. Yum.)
Kati~Walk? They just need to stand there or, umh, recline.
Renee~Please see Whateverfor's comment. heh. What do you think having read the book? I think it goes! It's great.

I don't love the smiley face - but I don't hate it either. The rest - oh my yes!!!
the bodies are hot! but I don't really get the smiley face! does it present the "smart ass"? *g*
It's a good enough cover though - as long as none of the character in the book has a smiley tattoo!
I like the man titty. :)
I think the cover definitely conveys what in the story: funny and hot!
LOVE the bods! The tat actually reminds me of the airbrushed body art. Kind of distracts me from the fabulous abs. Nah! I can overlook Mr. Winky for that glorious man titty.
Tracy~ It isn't a smidge smart ass ish? No? I think it's cute and it draws the eye to important information. My name..not his crotch!
thelastaerie~Well...Tony may have a big ole tat, but it's NOT a smiley face.
Sarah~Man tit: it's a good thing.
Renee~She did a nice job! That's two for two and I'm having a beer to celebrate!
Shannon~And I sprayed beer out of my nose. Mr. Winky. What could you be referring to? OH!!! The tat. Right. I knew that.
Oh god. Mr Winky is the name of our puffer fish. I'll never be able to look at our aquarium again.
I give it two...um...thumbs way up! *g*
Can't wait to see the print version. This is so exciting. :)
I'm pretty sure I just woke up the neighbors with my laughter outbursts. Maybe the paints should be edible if Mark's smearing it on ... and stuff :)
The puffer fish! That comment had me rolling. fun times had by all.
Of course it draws your eye to your name and I like how you punctuated Gregg. Nice exclamation point. :)
