It's actually pretty damn cold here, and with the gale force wind blowing sand and lawn furniture around my yard, I'm enjoying the happy new daffodils from inside my heated office.I realized In and Out turns one next month, so in celebration of Men of Smithfield:In & Out's birthday--I'd like to give away two downloads.
Adam and Holden's story--the blurby bit.
Former television sensation and renowned world explorer, Holden Worthington, is held prisoner by crippling agoraphobia. When a sexy young laborer arrives to set his property to rights, a ray of light glimmers in Holden's dark and narrow world. A grisly discovery throws the two men together, and Holden finds his world turned inside out by his inappropriate longing for his awkward, young employee, Adam Morgan, and by a threat growing around them both. All of Smithfield believes Holden has something to hide, and Adam is determined to bring everything--including Holden Worthington--into the open.
Weee! Happy Spring!
Answer the following question and I'll select two random commenters. It's so easy, a child could do it. But, uh, you have to be +18 to play.
What are you most looking forward to this spring?
Sample answer: I'm looking forward to sunlight.
This contest closes at midnight on 4/24/11. Offer open internationally. Don't forget to leave an email address in your comment!

This Spring I'm looking forward to spending Easter with Brad and spending a nice quiet weekend near the ocean.
Lilacs! Lots and lots of lilacs! Mmmmmmmmmm....
I am looking forward to all the flowers that are coming into bloom, the lilacs and daffodils.
Our weather has been chilly, rainy, and windy too. I'm not a fan of this kind of weather at all and can't wait for some sun and 90-degree temps.
I'm most looking forward to longer days of sunlight and the explosion of tulips. I ADORE tulips!

I'm not entering, because I already have the book, but what I'm most looking forward to for spring? Having it actually arrive. *sigh*
I have the book, too. And I love it. I was actually just thinking today that I need to re-read Happy Endings. I love me some Seth.
And, um, I'm looking forward to more Spring. It has sprung here.
I do love the sunshine that comes with Spring, but what I love most is getting to ride (horses) without twelve layers on, digging out snowballs from their feet and losing feeling in my appendages.
And did I mention sunshine? :)
Here in tropical North Australia we dont see spring. We have just experienced our wettest monsoon season on record, so after the high humidity what we are enjoying now are the delights of lush tropical growth all around the garden. The photo is older but check out the hammock in the garden on LibraryThing which is how I spend any chance I can get

I'm looking forward to the longer brighter days and to the fresh green on the trees and in the garden.
Thank you for the great giveaway!
This Spring I am most looking forward to the Spring colors. It has been grey and dreary here in Chicago. I can't wait for the flowers to bloom.
I'm looking forward to warm toes, instead of frozen ones.
I have the book, but I'm looking forward to the flowers. I'll journal about them as they bloom. Sometime you should come visit, and we could go to Longwood Gardens (www.longwoodgardens.org). That's pretty in spring.
I don't have that book yet, so I am looking forward to reading it while sitting on the swing in my backyard, flowers blooming, birds chirping and kids nagging "We wanna watch Sponge Bob!"
I am looking forward to all the flowers!

So blogger hasn't let me comment on my own blog. SO frustrating!
And thanks to everyone who commented!
@Steve That’s lovely—I hope you have a wonderful time. ☺
@Phoenixemrys~YES to the lilacs! Mmmmmm…and I’m pretty sure lilacs make an appearance in In and Out.
@Jennifer~We have daffodils finally—and the forsythia is blooming at last!
@joder~I think you’re in the right place for tulips, yes? I’d love to see those.
@Chris~Seriously. It’s time.
@Samantha~MORE spring? I’m super jelly. And Seth loves you too. (I think I need to reread that now. He was such fun to write).
@Alex~Riding in the sunshine, with no snow, slush, sleet, or snowballs—that sounds heavenly. I mean, if I rode horses. Which…er…I do not. But I’d like to learn. Too bad horses don’t come with training wheels.
@Graeme~That hammock looks like the place I want to be. Gorgeous. All you need is a nice cool beverage and a great book. (And a man servant to bring you tiny sandwiches with the crusts cut off.)
@diannakay~Me too. I drove to the Farmington Valley today and they have leaves on the trees—up here in the hills? We’re two weeks behind. I love that new green!
@StacieDM~Chicago has been boots and umbrellas for sure…but May is coming!
@CJ~I’d like bare toes, no socks.
@Emilie~I’d love to see Longwood Gardens with you. Post some photos if you can!
@Mammarella~Backyard swing? That’s seriously the best place to read In and Out. ☺
@JenB~Me, too!
@Mariewig~ I have the Spongebob song stuck in my head now…
I hope it's OK that I came here via Chris' linkity?
Ummm...WRT your contest question, it's actually autumn here *grin*, so I'm going to have to put my imaginative hat on and fast forward ~7 months :) I love the blossom and buds on the trees, the happy hum of bees, but, most of all, I love the hint of warmth in the air...the promise of longer days and warmer nights...the promise of nature renewing after the long, dark winter.
But since that's ~7 months away, I'll attempting to look forward to warm fires and snuggling up in bed with a good book while listening to the rain on the roof :)
